Dear Valued Customer,
After careful consideration of the new stage 4 restrictions in Victoria, Jmax Engineering is required to shutdown on site production and therefore have decided to discontinue orders effective Tuesday 4th August, 2020.
Orders already in place will still be under production during these stage 4 restrictions, however the wait time will be delayed due to a major decrease in production rate and only three staff members being able to work from home, this may see existing orders completed around 3 business weeks outside of the normal timeframe – we ask for your patience during this time.
Installations will be postponed until 13th September and we will not be taking on bookings until restrictions are lifted.
The discontinuance on orders are in accordance with government restrictions due to COVID19 and during this time we plan to fulfill only the orders we currently have in our system.
We appreciate and value your partnership. While we regret any inconvenience this announcement may cause, we are pleased to announce that ceasing future orders until further notice may allow us to improve our wait times when we return.
