Where is my order?
All goods are dispatched from our factory in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia and are delivered by TNT Australia. If you have not received an email with your unique tracking number then your order is still under construction. Upon dispatch a notification email will be sent via TNT Australia and your order should arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note it can take longer to WA, remote and regional areas. Please note that we rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames.
How can I change my delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch you can contact us. Due to the small window of opportunity to affect any requests to change a delivery address on an order already placed, we would advise that you call rather than email to ensure your request is dealt with urgently. We are unable to guarantee any address change requests will be carried through successfully and we advise you to please take extra care when selecting your delivery address.
Where can you deliver orders?
Currently, we can send orders to addresses within Australia, we can also ship to International addresses but you must call or email us so we can quote up the postage cost as our website does not offer international address entries as of yet.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery prices vary depending on product and state/area we are delivering to. The shopping cart will calculate shipping costs for you based on the items you have selected as well as the delivery address. International customers will need to contact us so we can arrange a quote for overseas shipping
Why am I being asked to purchase postage Insurance?
Jmax Engineering pack all our products to protect them as best as possible ready for transit. Some circumstances during transit are out of our control, in the unlikely event of any transit damage we highly suggest selecting postage insurance with your product/s.
Our postage insurance is simple, we guarantee that if you do receive your product in less than perfect condition we will directly replace the product in a prioritized manner.
The postage insurance is for any damages occurred during transit and does not include loss or damages occurred after unwrapping of product.
Please contact our team within 72 hours on receiving your product if you wish to make a claim and we will deal with this urgently.
What if my product/s are damaged during transit and I did not purchase postage insurance?
As all our product/s are sent in perfect condition prior to leaving our factory, Jmax Engineering does not take responsibility for product/s damaged during transit, however we are happy to fix or repair damages incurred during transit at the cost of the customer.
If your product has surpassed 10 weeks you are eligible for a full refund. If you have changed your mind within 3 days of order date Jmax Engineering can provide a refund, however 10% of the total purchase price will be withheld for costs associated with administration processing fees. After 3 days of order date refunds will not be given as the order has been processed and construction of product/s have begun.
We do not provide refunds for lost or damaged products.
